 Special Containment Procedures:
#004 is contend in the [REDACTED] area located near the [REDACTED] mountains in a opening with a diameter of 100 miles and a mass of 94 miles all facility's must be camouflaged into the hill side and must not be known to #004 unless it is permitted by head researcher Dr [REDACTED] items or weapons that can harm #004 must be keep at a distance of 200 meters away from #004 at all times for risk of triggering another rampage event. all hikers,travelers,and explores must be keep away from this area by any means deemed necessary.

All blood,skin,tissue,infected,and raw forms of #004 must be locked in a level five containment chamber guarded by at the minimum four armed guards fitted with bio hazard suits all testing with any more of #004 must be insinuated with the watch of at least five armed guards all personal involved must were bio hazard containment suits all forms of #004's fluid must stay at the minimum 1200,000 yards from any populated area must be destroyed on site and any witnesses must be given a level three amnesiac before released from curiosity.

Description:
#004 is a large theropod predator approximately 120 meters tall and 160 meters long weighing 60,000 tons with large wings similar in design to the Yi wing span of 70 meters across (Note: it is unknown how #004 is able to fly with such short wings) #004's tail is covered with spins that can ac similar to a mace or spear.#004 was found approximately [REDACTED] miles away from the body of #002 and was taken in for study and experimentation ( please see addendum #004-Alpha1 for more details on study's)  it is believed that these experiments made #004 psychological unstable and is the reason for #004 rampage event (see addendum #004-rampage-omega for more details) #004 killed [REDACTED] people it is also noted that #004 has a aggressive reaction to any form of violence directed at it's self.

#004's head can open in for ways meaning it can open it's jaws up and down and side ways this strange biological ability seems to give #004 the ability to create portals or rifts in space and time allowing it to travel great distances with in a matter of seconds and seems #004 is able to modifies these rifts into to a sphere that it can fire at an enemy within a 1.1 seconds with enough power to destroy a the m3-9 raptors in one shot ( see addendum m39 for more details on the m3-9 raptors) it is unknown how many ways #004 can modifies these rifts but is not to be test of risk of another rampage event.

#004 is about 2 years old (for separating from #002) and is young and lacks understand of human behavior and moral codes but seems to be friendly and playful to all animals that approach it with no weapons that can harm it and often mimics movements and behaviors of any animal it encounters.

Weak Points: #004 is only a child and it's lack of knowledge can be used agents it but it's seemly unlimited amount of ways it can use it's rifts can make this difficult. also #004 is very much similar to #002 by it's incredible ability to get distracted very easily things like bright colors,music, or just a simple fly can make it go from insane to a 2 year old toddler in a second .

Origin: like all the other spawns it was once part of #002 but detached it's self after #002 was finally terminated.

Notes: know this is to everyone on this project and is handling #004 don't blame it for what happened we all know it was coming we saw the warning we all saw the crash site and we all know how to decipher it but we simply ignore it and when it came we blamed it and did not realized that it was only a baby it had no way of knowing what it was doing or what anything it was destroying was in important to use if it know it would have tried to stop it we all know how smart they are there not mindless there just as or possible smarter then use in some way. and we all know what happen with those experiments was wrong and we payed for trying to play god trying to control the uncontrollable we need t let go of are losses for the greater good of humanity and to fine a way to coexistent with them or at lest try.
